"I and my grandkids were broke down. Idk what I left on but I had a dead battery. I was given their card by a friend and I called them. I wasn't far from home but AAA quoted me 2.5 hrs. Like I was shocked that I was quoted that long to begin with. I had the kids with me and couldn't wait on AAA. The employee I spoke with I believe his name was Christian. Really nice guy. He told me he had a jump box, gave me their rates for jumping and if need be to tow my vehicle home. Gave him my location and he was not even 15 min away from me. Took him 10 min and we were on our way. He offered to follow me home to make sure I did make it home. . Of course I said yes. Christian was very professional. I like the fact he was close and I wasn't waiting forever as I had already sat there 25 min waiting on AAA. what I was charged was minimal to other companies I did call. Thank you P&Z Towing.
